Development for the leadership of the Brazilian operation in safety culture and risk perception, with communication support through campaigns and games.
Explore the project
Safety culture in the manufacture of everyday products, considering the teams, production changes, and activities that sustain the operation.
Hygiene, personal care, cleaning, and other consumer products go through different industrial processes. Manufacturing, filling, packaging, and storage may require frequent changes in configuration and production pace.
These changes need to be understood by both the people planning the work and those carrying it out. A product changeover, the arrival of a new team, or maintenance work are situations in which the quality of guidance and communication deserves attention.
Safety culture helps explain how the organization handles these situations. Listening to teams reveals questions, local practices, and decisions that are not apparent from documents and indicators alone.
The work may begin with a culture assessment and identification of each leadership level’s responsibilities. The characteristics of the sites and audiences guide the planning of training and management tools.
Implementation needs to be followed up with the people using these tools. Discussing practice helps identify difficulties, adjust guidance, and bring issues requiring changes in planning or work organization to management’s attention.
