This relationship guides implementation decisions and keeps the professionals’ work connected to the program’s objectives.

This support involves mobilizing leaders and teams throughout each stage. Explaining the purpose of a practice, following its application, and working through difficulties helps maintain continuity with the plan. Proximity to operations makes it possible to support implementation promptly, with attention to the conditions in which change takes place.
How are people responding to the changes? What is making it difficult for leaders to participate or for a tool to be used? Continuous monitoring examines these questions to understand the health of the transformation as the program progresses.
