Services

An organization may need to understand a risk, investigate an incident, or prepare its leaders. Explore twelve services organized into four areas of work.

Assessment and investigation

Understand the culture, assess prevention, and learn from what happened.

Strategy and implementation

Set priorities and support the people who need to put them into practice.

Leadership development

Prepare leaders and teams for the responsibilities they encounter at work.

Boards and events

Bring culture and safety into top management decisions and conversations with different audiences.

How to choose a service

A specific incident may require an investigation. If the question is how safety is understood and practiced in different areas, an assessment may help. For those who have already set priorities, planning organizes implementation, while transformation and development programs support leaders and teams throughout the process.

Advisory addresses decisions made by the Board and top management. EHS Outsourcing provides professionals from the team to implement the program within operations, with responsibilities defined by contract.

Understand the differences between services

How does a safety culture assessment differ from an assessment of serious and fatal accident prevention?

A safety culture assessment combines listening to people, reviewing organizational information, and observing routines to inform priorities. A serious and fatal accident prevention assessment examines program maturity, focusing on critical exposures and controls. The choice depends on what the organization needs to understand to make decisions.

When should you consider the Safety Academy or training?

The Safety Academy provides ongoing development tailored to each audience’s responsibilities. Training addresses topics and situations agreed upon with the organization. To determine the right approach, I consider what people need to learn and how that learning will be supported at work.

How does the Líder Antifrágil program relate to Mentoring for Leaders?

The Líder Antifrágil program brings together nine weeks of practical experiences and mentoring. Mentoring for Leaders is also available as a separate service, individually or in groups, based on the challenges participants bring. The two approaches can complement each other according to the organization’s needs.
