Experiences adapted to the agricultural context
The 45 learning experiences were customized for this application of Líder Antifrágil. The agricultural context guided the adaptation, connecting managers’ development to the environment in which they work.
As they tried the proposed activities, leaders began to understand, perceive, and relate to safety differently. We have already observed greater discipline. This change has appeared in day-to-day operations and in managers’ participation in safety work.
What we have observed in operations
Among the results we are monitoring are a reduction in accident occurrence, improved engagement, and progress in production results. We have also noticed greater leadership presence and quality.
