Developing leaders
The work brings together safety leadership, risk perception, and a culture of safe behavior. These three topics guide the training of the different leadership levels covered by the program.
Extending the program during integration
With the company’s inorganic expansion beginning in 2024 in the Americas and other regions, I led the extension of this program during the first year of post-acquisition integration. The work included standardizing leadership safety competencies across all sites integrated through this process.
This expansion connected leadership development with site integration. Standardizing competencies means establishing a common reference for what is expected of these leaders in safety, within the process supported by the program.
