Over the last almost 20 years I have built a career in strengthening the culture of occupational safety, well-being and sustainable development.
The genuine emphasis is on humanization, always by people, with people and for people.
These are intense years marked by learning, after all, this is one of the pillars that has always guided and energized my career. We are all learners!
From the beginning, I was accompanied by great masters, whom I consider astronaut teachers. Yes, they were, they showed me a journey greater than myself.
It was as an intern at one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world (Procter & Gamble), that I got started, we were putting up a new, robust and giant wastewater treatment plant, it was a challenging moment for a freshman, where theory faced practice for the first time.
Then, I accepted a new challenge, I returned to São Paulo to work in Environment, Health and Safety Consulting companies. There were different projects, many tests and a moment of great growth, serving clients all over Brazil, I realized the latent need for increasingly prepared professionals.
The diversity of projects has always fascinated me and after a little more than 2 years, I decided to continue moving towards new experiences. I knew that I needed to experience different realities, inside and outside the industry, as a support, as an executor and that in the future I could have my own consultancy.
I went to the Federation of Industries of São Paulo – Fiesp, working in the Department of Environment, it was almost 4 years of a lot of learning, understanding, representing and defending the development of a clean and sustainable industry. At this moment, I followed discussions of regulations, environmental governance in the 3 branches of government of Brazil and the licensing of large infrastructure projects for São Paulo.
Being in the federation allowed me to participate in a mission with the Economy Ministry of Germany to benchmark about the main technologies of efficiency and environmental protection, looking towards water, energy and effluents.
The mission ended and I knew that I could continue to contribute with the industry and in that moment, I came back from Germany straight to my first day at PepsiCo.
It has been 8 years of PepsiCo, starting a blank page in Brazil and going on to lead this agenda in Latin America. My vision at this time was energized by the mission of our CEO Indra Nooyi, who brought purpose with performance.
I experienced some cultural transformations here, which I tell in detail in my first book ‘Make a Difference Be a Leader in Health & Safety’.
After so many transformations, awards and several recognitions, I decided to challenge myself and accepted to lead this agenda for Unilever in Latin America. Once again, I reinvented myself, prospered and after more than 2 years, I decided that I wanted to experience new industrial realities.
It was at that moment that I accepted the invitation of the Votorantim Cimentos Group to make this global agenda. The cement industry, one of the most at risk, showed me an unknown reality.
Here, I understood that what I carried needed to be widely shared, and so, on an unusual November 15th, I knew I was going to write a new history, now not only supporting a company or a business, I launched myself into the unknown, and you know what was impressive? The clients, they found me and continue to find me to create something innovative, with an emphasis on results, with a method to serve as a guideline, and a lot of sharing so that something tailor-made is always done, expressing CARE for people as the main essence.
Being a consultant with a team of professionals who share the same values makes our work a gift to everyone who benefits from it.

What is not written does not exist.
A lecture is the exposition of certain ideas by someone.
