Leveraging performance and helping to transform individuals.
As a mentor my goal is to advise leaders on their journey of self-transformation to lead in safety, providing guidance to develop technical and social skills and abilities, supporting their growth and achievement of goals.
Always encouraging, responding big or small questions – about which directions, which projects to take, when and what to focus on, how to work with different agendas that involve safety leadership.
It is a specific program for leaders, which has its beginning in building trust, so that it generates credibility, reliability, openness and in the end, we can have an open conversation with personal guidance.
This is a simplified view, but I make it clear that in order to build a mentorship program, the mentee will have to figure out how to feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, but also become trustworthy and believable.
Reliability and credibility involve personal effort, especially in committing to and fulfilling your promises and commitments.
The Mentoring Program for Leaders can last up to six months. They can be high and mid-level leaders.
Here are the main advantages of the mentoring program:
- Improvement of the organizational climate and relationships between teams;
- Strengthening the leader in his leadership in safety;
- Development of the rituals and symbols of safety;
- Encourage communication and understanding of the leader's role as a spokesperson, precursor, multiplier and enforcer of the safety culture.
