Eternalizing learning to be able to share and help people are the purposes of each book produced.
They all portray a practical learning; despite my academic background, what I portray in each book, and what stands out with great energy, are the experiences from the projects implemented, the routine lived in the field, close to the operation. After all, I could not write something I did not experience, did not feel, did not participate in.
I decided to write when, in one of my trips to Mexico, for an internal PepsiCo symposium, I was called to present the lived transformations up to that moment throughout Latin America. I remember the care I put into each slide; I wanted people to deeply feel everything we did, our joys, sorrows, and challenges.
So that they could feel all the stages where we were disruptive, human, sensitive, strategic, simple, and practical.
In the moment of the presentation, when I finished it and I was speaking about an action with families, and there were more than 30,000 families reached, my voice choked up.
I knew that what we have built was way too special and could not simply be there, in a power point presentation.
That is how my first book was born!
Since then, there have been 8 books and many more to come.
