When a team works through the same backlog for three months, overtime is the visible symptom. The less visible change is that people stop challenging weak plans, postpone recovery, and make decisions with less attention than the task requires. A psychosocial workload review should find that change before it is described as a personal resilience problem.
This 14-day process examines workload as a work-design issue. It does not diagnose a person or replace clinical care. What should be defined before the review starts?
Choose one operating problem and one population. Write the decision the review must support, because a review of every psychosocial issue becomes a survey with no owner. Step 1: Name the work and exposure

Step 8: Verify the correction under pressure

What should the review deliver?
The sponsor should receive a decision record naming the exposure, evidence, work-design cause, owner, due date, escalation condition, and verification method. Keep individual health information out of the operational record.
