This policy describes how the website for The O'Neill Effect series collects, uses and protects visitor information. The site is free, requires no sign-up, and does not sell any product.

§ 01

Who we are

The website for The O'Neill Effect (available at andrezaaraujo.com/paul-oneill) is operated by SAFETY UP CONSULTORIA E COMERCIO DE PRODUTOS LTDA, registered under CNPJ 35.064.250/0001-70, with headquarters at Alameda Rio Negro 503, Alphaville, Barueri/SP, 06454-000, Brazil.

For the purposes of this policy, SAFETY UP is the controller of any personal data processed through the site.

§ 02

Data we collect

The site is primarily informational. There is no sign-up form, newsletter, gated area or e-commerce.

We collect only navigation data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This data is aggregated and includes: pages visited, time on page, device, browser, operating system, approximate location (city/state), and referrer (which link brought you here).

GA4 uses anonymous identifiers. We do not associate this data with any direct personal identification such as your name, ID number, or email.

§ 03

Purpose of processing

Data is processed solely to measure audience, understand content performance, and make editorial decisions about the work. We do not use the data for behavioral advertising, remarketing, or sale to third parties.

The legal basis under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018, art. 7, IX) is SAFETY UP's legitimate interest in understanding public use of the free content it provides. Under the EU GDPR, the corresponding basis is Article 6(1)(f).

§ 04

Cookies

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish sessions and visitors. These cookies do not store directly identifiable information.

You can block or delete these cookies anytime in your browser settings, or install Google's official Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

§ 05

Sharing

Aggregated navigation data is processed by Google LLC, operator of GA4, under its own privacy policies. Google is a signatory of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies safeguards for international transfers.

Outside of GA4, we share data with no third parties.

§ 06

YouTube videos

The site embeds videos hosted on YouTube in facade mode, loading the player only after your click. Before you click, YouTube does not collect data about you through this page.

When you play a video, you are routed to YouTube's infrastructure (Google), which applies its own privacy policies.

§ 07

Your rights

Under the LGPD and the GDPR, you have the right to confirm the existence of processing, access your data, correct inaccurate data, request anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, and withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacidade@andrezaaraujo.com with the subject Data Subject Rights. We respond within 15 days.

§ 08

Data retention

Aggregated GA4 data is retained for up to 14 months, the platform's standard window. After that, it is automatically discarded.

§ 09

This policy may be updated at any time. The last update date appears at the top of this document. Material changes will be highlighted on the site's home.

§ 10
