What data is collected
This page exists to receive applications to the Associate Consultant Program. When you complete the form, you submit identification and contact details (name, email, phone, country and city), professional details (years of experience, education, certifications, languages, industries, availability to travel) and commercial details, including your intended day rate and your business tax number when provided.
The form requires you to upload your resume as a file. The document is stored and is also attached to the notification sent to the people responsible for reviewing applications.
Submitting the form also records your IP address and browser identifier (User-Agent), used to limit abuse and automated submissions.
There is no registration or logged-in area. Do not submit health data, victim names, reports, investigation documents or any confidential third-party information through the form — the resume is the only document requested.
How this data is used
Your information and resume are forwarded to the authorized people responsible for reviewing applications, in order to assess your profile for the Associate Consultant Program.
As stated in the form itself, the data also forms a pool of professionals, so that your profile can be considered for future opportunities that match it. Completing this form does not represent approval, accreditation, engagement, or a guarantee of participation in projects.
The data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Submitting an application does not automatically subscribe the person to marketing communications.
Where the data is stored
The form is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure, where the resume and the application record are stored. The email notification to the responsible people is sent through the Resend service. Both act as data processors and apply their own security policies.
Submission takes place exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
How long the data is kept
The resume and the application record are retained for as long as your profile is being considered for the Program, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your data and your resume at any time, through the contact channel below, without having to give a reason.
Your rights
Processing of this application data is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on preliminary steps related to a possible contract, under Law No. 13.709/2018. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018) allows you to request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, or deletion of data, and to withdraw consent when it is the applicable basis.
To exercise these rights, write to the contact address below. We may request information strictly necessary to confirm your identity and protect your data from unauthorized access. We will respond to the request within the statutory deadlines.
